The Annual General Meeting is typically held on third Friday in May each year in the Main Hall of the Community Centre, where an annual report on what has been happening in the village is given as well as the Annual Accounts Report of the Parish Council is issued. All residents living within the boundaries of Colwick Parish Council are welcome to attend.
